c. Product: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
d. Designs: The products, photographs, designs, colours, combinations, etc. displayed on the Website are for information only and the actual designs, combinations, products may vary from customer to customer.
a. Shipping: We offer various shipping options as indicated on our website. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and shipping method chosen.
b. Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control.
a. Customizable Products: Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun. Please refer to our Return and Cancellation Policy for more details.
b. Defective Orders: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
a. Ownership: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cappbook or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

c.Photographs: Photographs submitted by customers to us, which may or may not be displayed on the Website, shall always remain under the ownership of respective customers. However, the designs, products, articles, videos, media etc. curated and developed by the officials of M/s. CAPP CREATIONS shall be the ownership of M/s. CAPP CREATIONS and the same may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
d. Data: We provide personally curated and developed products to its customers in physical form. Subject to the packages opted for, an e-cappbook may also be provided to the customers. However, we do not have a policy of retaining or storing any photographs provided by its customers and the same may be disposed of within 45 days after handing over of the product/s to the customer(s).
