What types of products do you offer besides Cappbooks?

In addition to Cappbooks, we offer a range of personalised products including Cappbox, Cappbar, CappWall, and Capp Cuddles, each designed to help you preserve and celebrate your special memories in unique ways.



Can I share a digital version of my Cappbook with family or friends?

Absolutely! Once the design is approved and purchase completed, you will receive a link to a digital copy of your photo book which can be viewed by anyone who has access to this unique link. This link is valid for 2 years from purchase.



How can I delete my photos?

If you’ve just purchased a product and would prefer for us not to store the images and print files for 6 months (photos are automatically deleted from systems after 6 months), you can delete these from the My Orders section on our website.



How can I cancel my account?

If you would like to cancel your Cappbook account on our website, please email your cancellation request team@cappbook.com.



Can I cancel my order?

We’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute modifications or cancellations before items ship. However, for personalised items, we print based on the provided content (photos, text) , so changes after ordering aren’t guaranteed. Please refer to our T&Cs for details. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalised items received as ordered without significant defects.



What if I have put in the wrong delivery address during checkout?

If you’ve mistakenly entered the wrong address, please email us immediately at team@cappbook.com with your order number and the correct address. We’ll correct it before shipping.



How can I track the delivery of my order?

Once you place an order with us, we communicate with you regarding the process- whether it is in the designing, printing, handcrafting or the final packaging phase! Please be patient as all the products we have are designed with a lot of love, care and personalization. Please note that tracking information appears once the order’s designed, printed, handcrafted, and shipped. The timeline for each product is different (please refer to the individual product pages to know about the dispatch and delivery timeframes).



Is return/exchange possible for products that have already been delivered?

We typically do not accept returns on personalised products due to their customization. However, if you’re unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of your order delivery date at team@cappbook.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.



What if I have a damaged or faulty product?

If you receive a damaged or faulty order, please email us at team@cappbook.com with an attached image of the issue. We’ll work swiftly to resolve it for you.
