Personalization Process: For all customised items, please allow 48-72 hours for creation. We’ll share a preview with you via email or WhatsApp before finalising your order. For CappBook, please allow 10-12 business days for us to complete and share the final design draft .

Please note that all our products are made to order and handcrafted only after your order is placed. This ensures that we deliver the highest quality for each item. Once your product is ready and the design has been approved, it will take approximately 6-7 business days for delivery. As our products are fully customised, please allow 8-10 days for processing and approval before shipment. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this time. If your order is time-sensitive, please inform us in advance, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Since our products are fully handcrafted and made to order, we do not offer cancellations after the order is placed.

Returns:
We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, including photos of the issue. We will work with you promptly to resolve it.
